It was just a suitable option for a relaxing holiday in Katy with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff was very apologetic when our shower water went cold for a bit, which was nice. Make sure to confirm your room preference ahead of time to avoid surprises.

The stay was decent overall, especially for a family visit. The location was super convenient for the event we were attending. Katy's dining scene is fire! Hit up Kokai Sushi for some killer rolls, not far from the hotel. The suite was comfy, and the juice machine at breakfast? Pure gold!
A little hiccup with the shower water being cold, but they were quick to make it right. Phone in the room didn’t work but got fixed ASAP.

Family with children the comfy stay they deserve
The beds were comfortable which is crucial when you’re traveling with kids who need their sleep and the staff was pretty nice especially the ladies who made us feel welcome and tried to help where they could
Unfortunately it was not exactly cheap but considering the circumstances it was still an acceptable choice for us
